THACO AUTO won the 2023 Southeast Asia Customer Service Excellence Award

Recently, in Malacca (Malaysia), THACO AUTO received the 2023 Southeast Asia Customer Service Excellence Award from Stellantis Group. This is the result of THACO AUTO's efforts in expanding the distribution system, improving the quality of human resources and customer service.

Stellantis Group, headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, owns 14 major automobile brands worldwide, including Peugeot. The 2023 Southeast Asia Customer Service Excellence Awards saw the participation of 20 distributors of Stellantis brands from Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, New Caledonia (France), French Polynesia, Myanmar and Vietnam.

At the Award Ceremony, Stellantis Group highly appreciated THACO AUTO's achievements when it achieved a satisfaction index of up to 96.8% for customers buying new cars; 92.5% for customers using the service were satisfied and would recommend THACO AUTO to friends and relatives. (Results were recorded by the survey program of customers buying cars and customers using services at the Peugeot showroom/dealer system nationwide).

Regarding the business strategy and development of the Peugeot brand in Vietnam, THACO AUTO has continuously proposed solutions to improve the customer experience when buying cars and using services. Specifically, THACO AUTO has upgraded the showroom/dealer system according to the global Peugeot brand recognition standards; focused on improving the quality of comprehensive after-sales services; and ensured the supply of genuine spare parts to meet customer needs.

In addition, the team of service consultants and technicians are well-trained according to international standards, ready to support and advise the most optimal solutions for customers, while listening and quickly accepting opinions; thereby bringing peace of mind to customers during the process of using the vehicle. To date, THACO AUTO has expanded its genuine distribution system with more than 90 Peugeot showrooms in 63 provinces and cities.
