On February 1, THACO INDUSTRIES held a Conference to Deploy the 2024 Plan. Mr. Tran Ba Duong - Chairman of THACO Board of Directors attended and gave a speech.
The conference listened to reports on the strategy, production and business operation plan, management work in 2024 and the 5-year plan (2023 - 2027) of THACO INDUSTRIES, Corporation, Companies, and Subsidiaries. Accordingly, in 2024, the Group will set goals through a production and business plan; develop business targets by product group and market; thereby, set a revenue target for 2024 of more than 13,000 billion VND, an increase of 51% compared to 2023. Production and business tasks are carried out on the principle of ensuring feasibility and taking efficiency at each factory and unit as the focus for management, in which the responsibility of the head is emphasized and the role of operations in consulting and participating in management is enhanced; step by step applying software and integrating on digital platforms for comprehensive management.
Speaking at the Conference, Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO Tran Ba Duong directed: In 2024, THACO INDUSTRIES must focus on implementing and achieving key goals, ensuring sustainable development and aiming for export markets. Based on technology and production, THACO INDUSTRIES needs to grasp market trends, promote customer exploitation; be proactive in production and business, aiming to become a large corporation in the industrial sector.
Currently, THACO INDUSTRIES does not have high value-added products, so it is necessary to improve the production capacity of high-tech products, important parts and components. At the same time, immediately deploy the construction of Glass Factory, Stamping Factory projects, especially the R&D Center project to develop THACO INDUSTRIES' own products in the near future.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO emphasized that in the task of developing human resources, to suit the working environment in the fields of science , technology and industrial production, each employee must have a foundation of knowledge and constantly improve to grasp current trends. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO requires the leadership team of THACO INDUSTRIES, with the responsibility as the leader, to set specific goals and directions, and demonstrate leadership to develop the Group. Each leader and manager must have solid expertise, passion for technology, be good at production management, have the mindset, courage, prestige and be exemplary to manage and encourage employees to join hands to develop the Group more and more strongly.
