Thai Binh is a pioneer in applying digital transformation and scientific research to serve the promotion of education.

On the morning of June 6, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education held a conference to review the work of promoting education and talents (KHKT), building a learning society in the period of 2020-2025. Comrade Le Manh Hung, Vice President and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association for Promotion of Education attended the conference.

Thai Binh Provincial Association for Promotion of Education received the emulation flag of excellent unit for the period 2020-2025.

In recent times, learning promotion associations at all levels have played a core role in linking, coordinating and advising Party committees and authorities to effectively implement major policies of the Party and State on science and technology work and building a learning society. The province currently has 242 grassroots learning promotion associations, 2,560 branches, 6,386 learning promotion boards with 676,442 members, the rate of party members participating in the association increased by 7.8%. The models: "learning family", "learning clan", "learning community", "learning unit" all increased by 10-20.7% compared to 2020, with more than 436,000 people meeting the criteria of "learning citizens". The total amount of money mobilized into the learning promotion fund is more than 889 billion VND, of which more than 600 billion VND has been spent on rewards and support for students, university students and adults. Thai Binh is a national pioneer in innovating community learning center activities.

Speaking at the conference, the Vice President and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education acknowledged and commended the outstanding results of Thai Binh province in science and technology work and building a learning society in recent times. He suggested that all levels of associations for promoting education continue to strongly develop science and technology work, build a learning society in a practical and sustainable direction; develop and replicate learning models associated with digital transformation and green transformation; further promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in association work - from member management, learning model evaluation to communication, connection and knowledge sharing. At the same time, develop talent promotion work, create a widespread influence throughout society on honoring talents, nurturing high-quality human resources for the locality and the country...

At the conference, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education awarded the flag of an excellent unit in promoting education, promoting talents, and building a learning society in the period of 2020-2025 to the Association for Promoting Education of Thai Binh province.
