Thang Binh rewards 17 collectives and individuals for good performance in administrative reform tasks

The District Inspectorate, the District Internal Affairs Department, the People's Committees of Binh Minh, Binh Dao, Binh Phu, Binh Quy communes... are collectives with many outstanding results in implementing administrative reform tasks and have been commended. In particular, the People's Committees of Binh Minh and Binh Quy communes have new models, initiatives, and solutions for administrative reform that have been effectively applied in recent times.

In 2024, all levels, sectors and localities in Thang Binh district will make many efforts and innovate in directing, operating and implementing administrative reform tasks.

District and commune levels received nearly 40,000 incoming documents and issued more than 7,000 outgoing documents; most of the outgoing documents were issued in electronic form, digitally signed by individuals and agencies. The rate of online payment for administrative procedures with fees was high.

The application of information technology and digital transformation solutions has made important contributions to the district's administrative reform results, helping to improve publicity, transparency, accountability and service quality for the people.

In 2024, the PAR Index of Thang Binh district reached 89.19 points, an increase of 3.56 points compared to 2023. There are 2/8 areas that maintain the 100% achievement level, which are institutional reform and administrative apparatus reform; 2/8 areas increased in rank compared to 2023, including administrative procedure reform, building and developing e-government and digital government.
