Establishing the Drafting Committee to develop the "Digital transformation project in the cultural field"

Accordingly, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to establish a Drafting Committee to develop the "Digital transformation project in the cultural field" of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, including:

Mr. Phan Tam, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Head of the Drafting Committee;

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Lan, Director of the Center for Digital Transformation of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Permanent Deputy Head of the Board;

Mr. Le Hong Phong, Director of Planning and Finance Department, Deputy Head of the Board;

Ms. Mai Thi Thuy Huong, Deputy Director of Vietnam Institute of Culture, Arts, Sports and Tourism, Deputy Head of the Board;

The drafting committee has 24 other members including experts and scientists ; representatives of leaders of relevant departments, offices and units of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice.

The drafting committee is responsible for organizing the development of the "Digital transformation project in the cultural field" to ensure quality and progress according to assigned tasks, and reporting to the Minister for submission to the Prime Minister for consideration and approval.

The Head of the Drafting Committee is responsible for assigning members to perform the assigned tasks in Clause 1 and issuing a Decision to establish an Editorial Team to carry out specific tasks regarding content, techniques, order, procedures, and coordination to ensure regulations and practical requirements.

Members of the Drafting Committee work part-time and are responsible to the Head of the Drafting Committee and the Head of their agency for the performance of assigned tasks.

The Director of the Center for Digital Transformation of Culture, Sports and Tourism, as the Standing Deputy Head of the Committee, is authorized to use the apparatus and personnel of the unit to carry out the tasks of assisting the Drafting Committee. Agencies and units with members participating in the Drafting Committee are responsible for creating favorable conditions for members to complete their assigned tasks.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The Drafting Committee shall dissolve upon completion of its assigned tasks.
