According to the content of the dispatch, through monitoring the implementation of the announcement of the conclusion of citizen reception by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, there are currently 11 pending cases that have been urged by the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee, but the agencies have not yet resolved them completely and have not reported the results to the Provincial People's Committee.

In order to have a basis to consider the responsibility of relevant agencies and individuals in the delay in implementing the conclusions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee at citizen receptions, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Inspectorate to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee and relevant agencies to advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to establish an inspection team to urge the implementation of the announcement of the conclusion of citizen receptions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

In which, 1 Deputy Chief Inspector is assigned as team leader, 1 leader of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee is assigned as deputy team leader, team members include representatives of the Provincial Inspectorate's Professional Department, specialists of the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee's professional department, and representatives of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Inspectorate.
