Most Chinese (or Chinese-language) cinema lovers have at least once watched movies by martial arts stars such as Jackie Chan, Wu Jing, Donnie Yen, Zhao Wen Zhuo....

On screen, they make the audience amazed with beautiful martial arts action scenes.

But if these actors competed against each other in real life, would they be as formidable?

This ranking is compiled based on many factors such as actual martial arts background, competition record, fighting ability, training experience and closeness to reality in fighting techniques.

Ranked 10th in the top best martial arts stars is "Wong Fei Hung" Eddie Peng. The actor born in 1982 started out in idol dramas, and only learned martial arts when he started to turn to martial arts films. Therefore, Eddie Peng is not really highly regarded for his combat abilities.

Right above him is cinema legend Jackie Chan. The 71-year-old actor is considered "only good at performing and not inclined towards fighting ability".
