Overseas Vietnamese youth offer incense to commemorate the Hung Kings

On July 15, a delegation of 120 overseas Vietnamese youth from 27 countries and territories around the world came to offer incense to commemorate the Hung Kings at the Hung Temple National Historical Site. This is an activity within the 2024 Vietnam Summer Camp program for the young generation of overseas Vietnamese.

At Kinh Thien Palace on Nghia Linh Mountain, in a solemn atmosphere, the delegation offered incense, flowers and gifts to express their respect and gratitude to their ancestors, demonstrating the nation's morality of "When drinking water, remember its source". Before the spirits of the Hung Kings and the ancestors who built the country, the delegation of overseas Vietnamese youth pledged to unite and contribute to building and protecting the Fatherland.

With the theme “A Country Full of Joy”, the Vietnam Summer Camp takes place from July 14 to 29 in many provinces and cities across the country. This is an activity to help strengthen the relationship between overseas Vietnamese youth and their homeland, while also creating opportunities for them to understand more deeply about the history, culture and development of the country.
