Thematic inspection of projects that are behind schedule, have long backlogs, and pose a risk of loss and waste.

The Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just assigned the Provincial Inspectorate to urgently carry out Plan No. 1505, dated July 22, 2025 of the Government Inspectorate on specialized inspection of works and projects with difficulties, obstacles, slow progress, long-term backlog, low efficiency, risk of loss and waste; proactively coordinate with relevant agencies and units to review, classify and conduct inspections if violations are detected for remaining works and projects with difficulties and obstacles (stated in Plan No. 1505) to serve as a basis for reporting to competent authorities for consideration, resolution and removal of difficulties and obstacles according to regulations. The Provincial Inspectorate advises on the contents under the responsibility of the Provincial People's Committee as stated in the Plan; synthesizes and advises the Provincial People's Committee to implement the information regime, reporting with full content and on time as required by the Government Inspectorate.

In addition, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Departments of Finance, Construction, Agriculture and Environment and related agencies and units, based on the content of the Government Inspectorate 's plan, to urgently review and carefully and fully prepare documents, materials, and reports related to projects according to their assigned functions and management areas to promptly coordinate and provide documents and reports to the Government Inspectorate and the Provincial Inspectorate when requested.
