Hoa Binh Province Inspectorate discovered over 15.5 billion VND in economic violations.

(Chinhphu.vn) - In the first 6 months of the year, the Hoa Binh Provincial Inspectorate conducted 37 administrative inspections and 13 specialized inspections and checks. Through the inspection, over 15.5 billion VND in economic violations were discovered.

Through inspection and examination, we have promptly recovered illegal money and recommended other handling to avoid causing loss to the State budget; at the same time, we have recommended handling some violations of the law, rectifying and overcoming shortcomings and loopholes in management and operation.

According to the Inspectorate of Hoa Binh province, in the first 6 months of the year, the entire Inspectorate of this locality conducted 37 administrative inspections, including 24 new inspections (20 planned, 4 unscheduled), and continued to complete 13 inspections according to the 2024 plan.

To date, direct inspections at the unit have been completed and conclusions issued for 33 inspections, including 13 inspections carried over from 2024 and 20 inspections in 2025.

Through administrative inspection , economic violations of 13,869 million VND were discovered. The inspection agencies issued a decision to recover and pay to the State budget 3,264 million VND, of which 3,175 million VND has been paid so far; proposed other handling of the amount of 10,605 million VND; and requested to review the responsibilities of 64 collectives and 181 individuals.

Along with that, departments, branches and sectors have directed inspection agencies to conduct 13 specialized inspections and examinations. To date, all 13 have been completed with 224 organizations and 24 individuals inspected and examined.

Through specialized inspection and examination, 22 organizations were found to have violated, economic violations of VND 1,675 million were discovered, of which the decision to recover and pay to the State budget was VND 1,464 million, other handling was VND 211 million; 18 decisions were issued to impose administrative penalties of VND 455 million on 18 organizations with violations.

Mr. Bui Quang Diep, Chief Inspector of Hoa Binh province, said that the contents of the inspections in the first 6 months of this year focused on a number of areas such as financial management, budget, basic construction investment, inspection of the implementation of national target programs; compliance with land laws; inspection of the implementation of policies, laws, tasks and powers of chairmen of district and commune People's Committees and heads of agencies and units...

In detecting and handling violations, the Inspectorate of Hoa Binh province always plays an important and leading role by implementing 17 inspections, of which 13 have been completed, through inspections, violations of 13,472 million VND were discovered, of which 3,047 million VND was decided to be recovered and paid to the State budget, 10,425 million VND was handled differently, and 56 collectives and 131 individuals were requested to be reviewed for responsibility.

According to the Chief Inspector of Hoa Binh province, the Provincial Inspectorate closely follows the direction of the Government Inspectorate and the actual situation of the locality and unit to develop and submit to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for approval the inspection plan of Hoa Binh province in 2025.

Accordingly, in the first 6 months of the year, the whole industry promptly carried out inspections and achieved some positive results. Through inspections and examinations, a number of violations of the law were discovered and recommended to be handled, and at the same time, recommendations were made to rectify and overcome shortcomings and loopholes in management and operation.

Overlapping in inspection and examination work is strictly implemented, ensuring that no enterprise is inspected more than once a year, and that no difficulties or troubles are caused to the inspected agencies, organizations or individuals. The recovery of money from violations through inspections is high.
