The photo contest “Ha Long – Heritage City” organized by Ha Long City on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the city’s founding (December 27, 1993-December 27, 2023) has attracted the participation of many photographers, residents and tourists. About 685 valid works about all aspects of the city’s life were sent to the Organizing Committee.
