Vivo iQOO 11S will have LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 internal storage, with options of 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM, 16GB RAM + 256GB ROM, 16GB RAM + 512GB ROM, 16GB RAM + 1TB ROM.
The device comes with a 6.78-inch E6 AMOLED panel, 2K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. It will be pre-installed with Android 13 OS with OriginOS 3.0 user interface.
In terms of optics, the device has a triple rear camera set including a 50MP Sony IMX866V main sensor, a 13MP telephoto camera, and an 8MP super wide-angle camera. The front camera has a resolution of 16MP.
Powering the smartphone is the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 2 chipset.
iQOO 11S has a 4,700mAh battery that supports 200W fast charging.
In addition, the manufacturer also equipped the device with other features including a metal frame, dedicated display chip and on-screen fingerprint scanner.
