Pilot implementation of commercial housing projects through agreements on receiving land use rights

In Nha Trang City, many commercial housing projects have been built and put into operation.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over research, disseminate the contents of the decree to relevant agencies and units, and advise on the implementation of contents under the province's authority.

According to Decree 75, the provincial land management agency will notify the registration of the need to implement the pilot project. The organization in need shall submit a set of documents including: Registration form, copy of documents proving land use rights (if any), map or diagram of the location of the land proposed to implement the project.

The Decree also specifies the method of submitting documents, processing time, conditions for approval of investment policies and investors according to Articles 29, 30, 31, 32 of the Investment Law. After approval, investors continue to carry out procedures according to regulations on investment, construction, housing and land.

The Decree takes effect from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2030.
