In recent times, throughout the country in general and Dong Nai in particular, this movement has been identified as one of the key and regular emulation movements of all levels, sectors, localities, businesses and people.

Clearly define the responsibilities of Party committees at all levels

In Dong Nai, there are many large projects that have been and are being implemented such as: important national projects, important provincial projects to connect Long Thanh international airport. In addition, there are also investment projects under the public-private partnership model and many other large projects to promote the socio -economic development of localities.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Cao Tien Dung said that the completed projects will contribute to perfecting the province's technical infrastructure system, gradually connecting localities in the province and provinces and cities in the region..., creating the premise and potential for development of the province in the coming time.

To practice thrift and combat waste, according to the provincial leaders, Dong Nai focuses on reviewing and resolutely eliminating projects that are not really necessary, urgent, and ineffective, prioritizing capital for projects decided by the Central Government to invest with counterpart capital from the provincial budget, key and urgent projects, creating momentum for rapid and sustainable development.

The 11th Provincial Party Congress identified mobilizing resources to focus on investing in developing a synchronous and modern infrastructure system as one of the province's breakthrough areas for the 2020-2025 term.

To stimulate the competitive spirit to carry out this important task, in important meetings, provincial leaders repeatedly emphasized that Party committees and authorities at all levels must identify the leadership and direction of infrastructure investment and development as one of the important political tasks. From there, clearly define the responsibilities in leading, directing and supervising the organization, implementation, dissemination and implementation.

As the head of the Provincial Party Committee, along with the close and comprehensive leadership and direction in this field, Central Party Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Linh pays special attention to meeting and dialogue with people in the project area to listen to people and resolve difficulties and obstacles in compensation and site clearance. Most recently, the Provincial Party Secretary had a dialogue with 150 people representing households whose land was recovered to serve the project of opening roads (T1 and T2) connecting Long Thanh International Airport with National Highway 51...

Meanwhile, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Quan Minh Cuong, said that with great efforts and determination, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation has proposed that the Central Government approve increasing the budget allocation rate for Dong Nai in the 2023-2025 period from 45% to 50%. From this increased capital, Dong Nai can supplement resources to implement important projects, contributing to promoting the development of transport infrastructure and socio-economic development.

Focus on removing bottlenecks

Director of the Department of Planning and Investment Nguyen Huu Nguyen shared that the simultaneous implementation of many projects in Dong Nai is both a driving force and a challenge for the province. To promote the development of synchronous and modern infrastructure as set out, the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and localities have been actively implementing many solutions. The Provincial People's Committee has established the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board and piloted the establishment of the Provincial Compensation, Site Clearance and Resettlement Support Project Management Board. Steering committees headed by the Provincial People's Committee leaders have been established to urge and monitor, report monthly and quarterly on the implementation progress, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles to ensure the progress of project implementation...

The province requires departments, branches and localities to coordinate to speed up the completion of dossiers and procedures for advantageous land plots along important traffic routes and advantageous land plots to conduct land use rights auctions in order to have more capital to invest in important traffic infrastructure projects in the area.
