Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, female members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; female leaders who are heads and deputy heads of Party building committees, departments, branches, provincial organizations, the Provincial Party Office, the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, committees of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Political School, Dong Nai Newspaper, Radio and Television; female comrades who are standing members of the Party Committees of communes and wards; and leaders of Tin Nghia Company.

At the program, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Women's Union Le Thi Thanh Loan reviewed the 95-year tradition of formation and development of the Vietnam Women's Union and 15 years of Vietnamese Women's Day. At the same time, she affirmed: The team of female leaders at all levels, regardless of their positions, have promoted the traditional values and good qualities of Vietnamese women, making a great contribution to the cause of innovation and integration of the province and the country. Generations of female leaders and managers in the province have increasingly affirmed their roles and positions in all areas of social life, contributing to further enhancing the fine traditions of Vietnamese women.

At the meeting, leaders and delegates listened to the topic "Promoting the mettle, intelligence and improving leadership and management skills of female cadres in Dong Nai province in the new era". Notably, in the program, female leaders and managers at all levels shared their experiences in work and life, leadership and management skills, as well as issues facing female leaders and managers at all levels in the new context.

Comrade Ton Ngoc Hanh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - who has held many positions, especially worked at the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, shared: Female leaders and managers must simultaneously take on many roles both in the family and in society. To be able to do well, each female leader and manager must train herself, always strive to improve to be worthy of the affection and expectations that the provincial leaders and society have for women.

Speaking on behalf of the Provincial Party Standing Committee at the meeting, comrade Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, said: In recent years, the building of a contingent of cadres in general, and female cadres in particular, with sufficient capacity and qualities to contribute to the country and locality has always been of interest to the Provincial Party Committee, with strong direction for female cadres to participate in leadership and management work to promote the role of women in political activities, gradually improving the quantity and quality of female cadres in the political system.

Comrade Vo Tan Duc affirmed: With the will of self-reliance, self-strengthening, solidarity, diligence and creativity, female leaders and managers at all levels of the province always uphold the spirit of solidarity, enthusiasm and responsibility in work; proactively and actively improve themselves, become modern women, with health, knowledge, moral qualities, dynamic and creative working skills and increasingly affirm their capacity, mettle and intelligence in the political field.

Entering the new era, the responsibility of female cadres in Dong Nai province is increasingly greater, requiring them to strive to rise up, further enhancing their role and position in the family and in society. At the same time, actively improve their digital transformation and management capacity, dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility for the common benefit of society, join hands to build the homeland and the country to develop more and more.
