Organize Tet care activities for union members and workers

(DN) - Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation has just deployed a plan to organize activities to take care of union members and workers in Dong Nai province on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026.

According to the plan, the Trade Unions at all levels will organize Tet reunion activities, worker family gatherings; arts, sports , meetings, exchanges, lucky draws at industrial parks, boarding houses, and enterprises, aiming for all union members and workers to enjoy spring and celebrate Tet in a joyful and warm atmosphere. Visit, encourage, and give gifts to union members and workers, especially workers in difficult circumstances, low income, suffering from serious illnesses, occupational diseases, work accidents, underemployment, job loss, unpaid wages and Tet bonuses; union members and workers from policy families who have not had the opportunity to return home for Tet for many years; female union members raising young children... In addition, organize free transportation or support train, car, plane tickets, and vehicles for union members and workers to return home for Tet and return to their workplace.

For grassroots trade unions, proactively coordinate with employers to develop plans to take care of Tet for union members and employees from the grassroots trade union's budget according to internal spending regulations and other sources supported by expertise. Propose to employers to organize visits, give gifts, and encourage union members and employees in difficult circumstances who cannot return home for Tet. Along with that, support bus tickets, means of transportation, and promptly notify Tet holiday time, pay salaries, pay bonuses, and bonus levels so that union members and employees can work with peace of mind.
