Lien Chieu Ward launched a campaign to clean up land data

On October 20, Chairman of Lien Chieu Ward People's Committee Tran Cong Nguyen said that the locality is focusing on implementing the 90-day campaign "Cleaning and enriching the land database" to build a "Correct - Sufficient - Clean - Living - Unified - Shared" data system, effectively serving state management work and meeting the information lookup needs of people and businesses.

To date, the ward has established a steering committee and 6 working groups including officials, civil servants, ward police and heads of residential groups, in charge of specific areas. The groups are reviewing, scanning, photographing and classifying land documents, and at the same time, counting cases of lost certificates, mortgages or unupdated citizen identification information for daily reporting.

Lien Chieu Ward People's Committee requested the working groups to closely follow the plan, implement the correct procedures, ensure accuracy, consistency and complete on schedule. At the same time, propaganda work was promoted so that people clearly understand the meaning and objectives of the campaign, actively cooperate in providing information, contributing to speeding up the progress of data cleaning.

According to statistics, the entire Lien Chieu ward currently has more than 10,900 data that need to be cleaned. The 90-day campaign is the peak period of mobilizing the entire political system from the ward to residential areas, aiming to complete the digital data platform to serve land management, administrative reform and build a modern, transparent e-government.
