To date, the ward has established a steering committee and six working groups comprising officials, civil servants, ward police officers, and neighborhood group leaders, each responsible for a specific area. These groups are currently reviewing, scanning, photographing, and classifying land documents, while also compiling statistics on cases of lost land certificates, those under mortgage, or those with unupdated citizen identification information for daily reporting.
The People's Committee of Lien Chieu Ward requested that the working groups adhere closely to the plan, follow the correct procedures, ensure accuracy and consistency, and complete the task on schedule. Simultaneously, public awareness campaigns were intensified to ensure residents understand the meaning and objectives of the campaign, actively cooperate in providing information, and contribute to accelerating the data cleaning process.
According to statistics, Lien Chieu ward currently has over 10,900 data records that need to be cleaned. The 90-day campaign is a peak period mobilizing the entire political system from the ward to residential areas, aiming to complete the digital data platform to serve land management, administrative reform, and the building of a modern, transparent e-government.
