Major General Cao Minh Huyen visits and presents gifts to prestigious people in ethnic minority areas

On July 28, the working delegation of the Provincial Police led by Major General Cao Minh Huyen, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police, visited and presented gifts to Mr. Giang Say Sinh, former Deputy Head of the Hoang Lien Son Provincial Police Department, Chairman of the People's Committee of Mu Cang Chai District, Secretary of the Mu Cang Chai District Party Committee (before the merger) and met with 20 representatives of prestigious people in the ethnic minority areas of 7 communes: Lao Chai, Nam Co, Khao Mang, Che Tao, Mu Cang Chai, Pung Luong, Tu Le.

At Mr. Giang Say Sinh's family, the Provincial Police Director kindly asked about his health; expressed deep gratitude for his contributions in the process of building and developing the Lao Cai Provincial Police force. At the same time, he hoped that he would continue to help and share his experience, helping the Lao Cai Provincial Police force to develop further, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.

Next, Major General Cao Minh Huyen chaired a meeting with 20 representatives of prestigious ethnic minority groups in 7 communes: Lao Chai, Nam Co, Khao Mang, Che Tao, Mu Cang Chai, Pung Luong, and Tu Le.

Speaking at the meeting, the Director of the Provincial Police Department affirmed: In recent years, prestigious people in the province, especially in ethnic minority areas, have actively propagated and mobilized people to participate in ensuring security and order and building a mass movement to protect national security; linking the propaganda of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws with the propaganda of economic development movements, building cultural life in residential areas; gradually eliminating negative factors that complicate security and order in residential communities, actively assisting the police force in ensuring security and order and building a mass movement to protect national security right at the grassroots level.

The Provincial Police Director hopes that in the coming time, the prestigious delegates of Lao Cai province will continue to mobilize people to maintain solidarity among ethnic groups, solidarity in village communities, clans, help each other in daily life; well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, heighten vigilance against all distorted propaganda of bad elements, contribute to ensuring security and order in the locality, and continue to help the police force to fulfill its tasks well.
