Weather today March 29: Cold rain from the North to Hue, hot sun in the South

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that today, March 29, cold air will affect the weather in the entire North. Then it will spread to the Central Central provinces.

Northeast wind gradually increases to level 2-3, coastal areas level 3-4.

Since last night, the North and North Central regions have had scattered showers and thunderstorms. Showers and thunderstorms with the risk of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong winds can affect crops, livestock, and traffic infrastructure.

The lowest temperature in this cold air mass in the North is from 15-18 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas it is below 13 degrees Celsius; North Central region is 17-19 degrees Celsius.

Today the heat wave has ended in the Central region, but in the Central Highlands and the Southeast, the heat wave continues with the highest temperature in some places above 35 degrees Celsius.

Forecast temperature may be 2-4 degrees Celsius lower than actual outdoor temperature due to heat absorbing surfaces.

Northeast region: Cloudy, showers and thunderstorms. Lowest temperature 15-20 degrees Celsius, highest 20-23 degrees Celsius.

Thanh Hoa to Hue cloudy, showers and thunderstorms. Lowest temperature 18-21 degrees Celsius, highest 24-27 degrees Celsius.

Danang to Binh Thuan cloudy, showers and thunderstorms in the north; sunny in the south. Lowest temperature 22-25 degrees Celsius, highest 31-34 degrees Celsius.

Central Highlands cloudy, sunny days, hot in some places. Lowest temperature 20-23 degrees Celsius, highest 31-35 degrees Celsius.
