Notice of hanging the national flag to celebrate the Party - celebrate the Spring of Giap Thin 2024

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - Implementing Plan No. 303/KH-UBND dated November 27, 2023 of the City People's Committee on Organizing activities to celebrate the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin - 2024; Celebrating the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2024). The Department of Culture and Sports has just issued Notice 30/TB-SVHTT on hanging the national flag and the Party flag in the city.

Intersection 5 - Le Hong Phong.

Accordingly, at the headquarters, workplaces of agencies, units, schools, cultural - sports venues, commercial centers, enterprises, service and tourism establishments, public places and households... in the city, the national flag and the Party flag will be hung from January 25 to February 15, 2024.

Carry out the hanging of the national flag in accordance with Instruction No. 3420/HDBVHTTDL dated October 2, 2012 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the use of the national flag, national emblem, national anthem, and portrait of President Ho Chi Minh ; hang the Party flag in accordance with Instruction No. 63-HD/BTGTU dated June 23, 2023 of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department on the implementation of the Secretariat's Regulations on the flag of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the use of the Party flag.

The Department of Culture and Sports requests heads of agencies, units, and chairmen of district and commune People's Committees to direct, urge, inspect, and review the hanging of national flags and party flags in areas under their management; supplement and replace them if necessary.
