- The dossier includes: The auction organization submits 01 self-assessment copy according to this notice and a set of capacity documents, bound with full attached documents, placed in a sealed envelope.

- Time for receiving documents: Auction organizations submit documents directly or by post from 08:00, April 2, 2025 to 17:00, April 8, 2025 (submit directly during office hours except Saturday, Sunday and holidays).

- Location: Administration - Archives Department, No. 23 Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.
