Like a lament from the ocean itself, Anh Vien wrote: “Recently, my body suddenly changed completely… I was saddened to see the little creatures I was protecting slowly dying in the water polluted by waste.”

Not only does Anh Vien's letter describe the current situation, it is also a passionate call to action. She not only points out the causes of pollution but also proposes practical solutions, from small daily actions to larger policies. To the urgency of assigning the responsibility to singer Tung Duong. Anh Vien hopes that with the positive media influence of the talented artist, she will contribute her voice to help protect the ocean: "The ocean is polluted and is calling for your help. Even if it is just the smallest thing!"

Student Tran Ngoc Anh Vien received the prize of the 54th UPU Letter Writing Competition.

With sincere words, reflecting the desire for a clean blue ocean and sustainable development, Anh Vien's letter touched the hearts of the judges. Anh Vien shared: "Through the media, I realized that the marine environment and the surrounding living environment are being polluted. That is also from the awareness of each person, so I want to contribute a small action with the hope of spreading environmental protection awareness to the community, especially encouraging everyone to join hands to act so that our ocean and Earth will always be green."

Anh Vien’s message emphasizes that each individual has an important role to play in protecting the environment. From reducing plastic waste, saving energy, to participating in marine clean-up activities, all contribute to creating positive change.
