During the working program, previously, the Governor of Kaluga province and the delegation met with the leaders of Nghe An province, listening to the introduction of TH's contributions to the province over the past 15 years.

Visiting the facilities of TH's closed high-tech production chain, Mr. Vladislav Valerievich Shapsha could not help but be surprised by the rapid development steps, especially the international success of the concentrated dairy farming model applying high technology, closed production from Nghia Dan land under the leadership of Labor Hero Thai Huong. Not only effectively exploiting economic potentials, TH has changed traditional production methods, attracted the participation of local people and contributed to improving their income and life.

The Governor of Kaluga province expressed his belief that the success that TH Group has achieved in Vietnam is being replicated in Kaluga. This is a province located in the central region of the Russian Federation, about 190 km from Moscow, one of the regions that regularly holds a high position in terms of investment attractiveness. The project of a high-tech concentrated dairy farm and a clean fresh milk processing factory of TH in Kaluga (part of the TH Group's agricultural investment project complex in the Russian Federation) is the most prominent highlight in the Vietnam - Russia economic relationship with consecutive new development milestones in recent times.

Exactly 2 years after his first visit and work in Vietnam upon taking office in 2023, Governor Vladislav Valerievich Shapsha has made a detailed working plan for his second working trip to Vietnam. In particular, the head of Kaluga province wishes to directly survey the prototype of a concentrated dairy farm cluster applying high technology with the world's largest closed-scale production process in Nghe An - a successful model that has been exported by TH to the Russian Federation and is partly being implemented in Kaluga (in addition to projects in Moscow province, the Far East and the Republic of Bashkortostan).

Welcoming the delegation, Ms. Thai Huong - Founder and Chairwoman of TH Group's Strategy Council - emotionally shared:

“The leaders and staff of TH Group and I were very moved to welcome you back. The Deputy Governor told me: “The path we are taking seems different from the past. You have made a very astute observation, because this used to be one of the poorest areas in Nghe An... We have contributed to change, turning people into a link in the value chain, helping them improve their lives and get rich right in their homeland.”

She said that tens of thousands of households have had stable jobs thanks to the TH project, their children have been able to go to school, and many people have returned to work for the farms and factories where they were born - a testament to the social value that TH creates.

President Vladimir Putin personally awarded the Order of Friendship to Ms. Thai Huong on November 4, 2025 at the Kremlin, Russian Federation.

In response, Kaluga Governor Vladislav Shapsha congratulated Ms. Thai Huong for the Friendship Medal awarded by Russian President Vladimir Putin a few days earlier at the Kremlin, and affirmed: “It is thanks to her professionalism and talent that our Kaluga province has modern milk production and processing facilities. When talking about TH's projects in Kaluga, they are not only job creation projects, but also symbols of Vietnam-Russia strategic cooperation.”

He said that Kaluga province's goal is to achieve a production of 1 million liters of milk per day in the next 5 years, and emphasized: "We are very happy to have her on this path. The provincial government will create the most favorable conditions for TH's investment activities."

The fresh milk brand TH true MILK officially appeared in Russia after TH inaugurated a milk processing factory in Kaluga province in May 2025.

In Kaluga, TH's dairy cows have the highest productivity in the Russian Federation - more than 40 liters/day/cow. On May 11, 2025, TH inaugurated a clean fresh milk processing factory, witnessed by General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam; Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko. The factory has a capacity of 1,000 tons/day, of which phase 1 is 500 tons/day, among the factories with the leading processing capacity in the Russian Federation.

Impressed by the "miracle" of high-tech agriculture in Nghia Dan

The delegation of Kaluga province visited the milking area of farm No. 3 - "home" to about 7,000 out of nearly 70,000 high-yield dairy cows imported from New Zealand and the US belonging to the TH farm cluster. The farm owns the most modern milking systems in Vietnam. From the time the milk is milked from the cow's udder until it reaches the consumer, it is a perfectly closed cycle, with no air entering the raw fresh milk, ensuring the freshness, cleanliness, deliciousness, purity and nutrition of TH true MILK products.

The delegation listened to an introduction of special features in the herd management process and closed milking process of TH true MILK.

In livestock farming, data plays a central role in ensuring milk quality and animal health. TH farm applies the Afifarm system - the world's leading advanced technology in farm management developed by Afimilk (Israel). The special feature of this system is that each cow at the farm has an electronic chip attached to its leg or neck. This compact device acts as a technological "magic eye", monitoring and transmitting data on the health and activity status of each individual cow to the control center automatically, accurately, and in real time. The milk measuring device installed on the milking system records milk production and milk indicators - thereby detecting and predicting early mastitis, a common disease in dairy cows.

Next, the delegation visited the IVF laboratory - where TH masters in vitro fertilization technology, proactively creating purebred dairy cows with good quality and milk yield like the top breeds in the US right in Vietnam.

At the feed factory, one of the important links in the international standard livestock farming process at TH farm, the delegation was introduced to the production and mixing process of about 2,000 tons of feed per day to serve the herd of nearly 70,000 dairy cows. High-tech equipment and machinery were invested and applied to build separate and optimal nutritional formulas. The laboratory system meets ISO 17025 standards, using near-infrared spectrometers (NIR) to control the quality of input materials.

The Kaluga delegation also visited and learned about the operation process of Nui Tien Pure Water, Herbs and Fruit Factory. The factory has an investment scale of 1,177 billion VND, equipped with advanced production lines, 100% automation, energy saving and environmentally friendly, to produce pure water and natural fruit juices, rice water, natural tea, etc.
