On September 7, information from the Dong Yen People's Committee said that the above brawl occurred at around 2:00 p.m. the same day and is currently being investigated by professional units of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.

Initial information said that at that time, 2 groups of young men (about 10 people, unknown identities) were riding motorbikes to Yen Doan 2 village (Dong Yen commune) when they suddenly stopped and fought with each other on the road.

Upon receiving the report from the people, Dong Yen Commune Police arrived, but when they arrived, the two groups of young men had already left the scene. At the scene, the police discovered and seized a number of knives, swords and a revolver gun.

Currently, local authorities are still unclear about which locality the two groups of young people are from, and whether anyone was injured or killed as a result of the incident.

The case is being investigated and clarified by professional units of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police.
