At the reception, Deputy Minister Dang Hoang Giang welcomed the delegation of Matsushita Academy of Public Administration and Management to visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; expressed his joy at the remarkable development between Vietnam and Japan, especially after officially upgrading the relationship to Comprehensive Strategic Partnership for Peace and Prosperity in Asia and the world in November 2023.
Deputy Minister Dang Hoang Giang highly appreciated Matsushita Academy of Administration and Management as a prestigious and top-quality educational institution in Japan, which has trained many outstanding and elite people; at the same time, he shared about Vietnam's priority policy in developing high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable development in the coming time.
To contribute to promoting the comprehensive development of the Vietnam-Japan Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, including educational cooperation between the two countries, Deputy Minister Dang Hoang Giang proposed that the leaders of the Matsushita Academy of Administration and Management support Vietnam in training high-quality human resources in many flexible forms such as sending lecturers of the school to Vietnam to teach; creating favorable conditions for officials of ministries, branches and Vietnamese students to research and study at the school; expanding the reception and training of young Vietnamese entrepreneurs to become good business leaders based on Japanese experience and business models; promoting exchange and cooperation with research and training institutions of Vietnam and annually organizing seminars and student exchanges.

Noting that the school's leaders and students are very interested in Vietnam, Director of the Academy Ozeki Kenji expressed his impression of Vietnam's outstanding achievements in many fields, especially economics and foreign affairs; believing that many students of the school will become a bridge of friendship between Vietnam and Japan in the future. Acknowledging the proposals of Deputy Minister Dang Hoang Giang, Mr. Ozeki affirmed that he will actively promote understanding and exchange and cooperation with Vietnam, especially in the field of education and training of high-quality human resources.
