Deputy Minister Phan Thi Thang inspects preparations for the Ministry of Industry and Trade's year-end review conference.

On the afternoon of December 17th, Deputy Minister Phan Thi Thang personally inspected the preparations for the Conference summarizing the work of the Industry and Trade sector in 2025 and implementing tasks for 2026.

Also present at the inspection were representatives from the leadership of the Departments, Divisions, and units under the Ministry, as well as the departments assigned to organize the conference.

During the inspection, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Phan Thi Thang listened to a detailed report on the progress and content of the conference preparations, focusing on reviewing the program development, operational scenarios, content of summary reports and presentations, as well as organizational plans, logistics, and information and communication work serving the conference.

The Deputy Minister requested that the relevant units continue to refine the report's content, making it concise and clear, highlighting the outstanding achievements of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2025.

In addition, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade also noted that the organization of the conference must be meticulously prepared, ensuring solemnity, economy, safety, and effectiveness; and that smooth coordination between units is essential to ensure the conference proceeds as planned, with quality, and meets the requirements of the Ministry's leadership.

The Deputy Minister highly appreciated the proactive and responsible spirit of the units in preparing for the conference. The leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Trade also acknowledged the close coordination between the relevant departments, divisions, and units, and assessed that the preparations to date have basically met the requirements.

At this point, preparations for the conference have been completed with many important aspects. Accordingly, the conference program and operational script have been carefully developed and reviewed; summary reports, thematic reports, and presentations from various units have been finalized, ensuring they fully and comprehensively reflect the results of task implementation in 2025 as well as the orientations and key tasks for 2026 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The relevant units are continuing to coordinate closely to conduct a final review of the content, promptly adjusting any arising issues to ensure the conference is conducted in a dignified, economical, safe, and effective manner.
