Contributing to training and fostering human resources, creating a source of local cadres.

Building 248 inter-level boarding schools in the border is a major policy of the Party and State.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said that the Politburo recently issued Resolution 71 and Resolution 72 related to the fields of education, training, and health. The most important thing is that the resolutions ensure fairness, social progress, social security, and equal development in all regions.
The Politburo's policy is to build 248 inter-level boarding schools (primary and secondary) in border communes.
"This is a major policy of the Party, contributing to realizing social justice and progress, ensuring equality among ethnic groups and regions in education, health care and culture," said the Prime Minister.
With Da Nang having chosen to build 6 schools, the Prime Minister was pleased that the city's leaders were determined to start construction on all 6 this year and complete them next year. He requested that the construction of the Tay Giang Commune Boarding School, Primary and Secondary School must be completed before June 30, 2026.

According to the Prime Minister, the spirit is to do what is right, finish it, and not drag it out. Schools must meet standards, be modern, solid, and have adequate facilities for learning information technology, foreign languages, physical facilities, and physical training.
In particular, there must be a cultural area for children to develop the cultural identity of ethnic groups. "There must be a modern, solid, civilized school so that storms and subsidence are no longer a concern," said the Prime Minister.
The Prime Minister requested that schools, in addition to facilities, must improve the quality of teaching and learning, and train students to develop comprehensively. Teachers must improve their knowledge, pay attention to the quality of teaching and learning, always innovate, and closely follow the practical situation to educate and train according to the development of the locality and the country, according to the policies of the Party and the State.
"We hope that by June 30, 2026, we will have a spacious, beautiful, civilized, modern, and solid school. The local government must support the contractors.
For the contractor, this is a project of humane and noble significance, so it must be done with all its responsibility, do not "cut corners" or be negative, which would hurt the sentiments of the Party and State towards the education cause in general and students in border areas," said the Prime Minister.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh presented 100 gifts to disadvantaged students and 10 gifts to households in Tay Giang commune.

The Prime Minister and leaders pressed the button to start the project.
