With the motto "All for readers", all librarians have constantly tried and promoted their creativity in their work. To help readers access documents in the best way. The style, service attitude and knowledge of the librarians have a great impact on attracting readers to the library. Therefore, Phu Tho Provincial Library has been interested in building a team of librarians who are good at their profession, enthusiastic and dedicated to their work. They are not only the ones who meet the documents requested by readers but can also provide necessary information and guide them to exploit documents in the most effective way.

In addition, Phu Tho Provincial Library has reduced administrative procedures and is more flexible in issuing library cards. With simple procedures, the waiting time is shortened to the maximum, along with dedicated and specific guidance, with the caring attitude of library staff, the number of readers coming to the Provincial Library is increasing. Specifically, since the beginning of 2024, the provincial library has issued nearly 2,000 reader cards. Every day, the library welcomes more than 200 readers to the library this summer. Along with that, the library has added nearly 2,500 books this summer, quickly handling the business to increase the number of documents, promptly meeting the reading needs of the children.
Also during this summer, the "Happy Summer Reading" activity is maintained and organized monthly by the Provincial Library to create a healthy living and entertainment space for students; at the same time, create conditions for them to participate in reading and experiencing activities, contributing to forming the habit of reading to supplement their knowledge. Participating in the activity, the students are guided by the Provincial Library staff on skills and methods of reading books and newspapers for study and entertainment; sharing their feelings about the books they have read; solving crossword puzzles; knowledge quizzes; creative games: connecting words, modeling clay, instructions on making toys from recycled products...; talent development activities... The games accompanying reading books and newspapers with rewards have created a lively and exciting atmosphere for the students.
Bringing children closer to books, library products and services is a practical way to help arouse their need and passion for reading, train them in the skills of searching for and using information, and contribute to building a solid foundation for future generations of readers.

In addition to the reading area for children, the reading room is also an ideal place for students to study and experience. With a clean and quiet space, the provincial library is always an ideal study space for students during this exam season.
In order to provide effective service, the Library has promoted propaganda and promotion of library resources, products and services through websites, fanpages and other applications on mass media, posted information about the "Reading Culture Ambassador" contest, posted videos of contestants on the fanpage to spread the passion for reading, in order to build and develop a wider reading culture among young people.
