Thuan Thanh launches Hong Hac - Xuan Lam Urban Area project

On the morning of April 19, in Xuan Lam ward, Thuan Thanh town, the Industrial and Commercial Bank Trade Union Investment Joint Stock Company - a member of Phu My Hung Group held the launching ceremony of the Hong Hac - Xuan Lam Ecological Urban Area project. This is also one of the projects selected by Bac Ninh province to start construction and inaugurate to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.

Hong Hac Ecological Urban Area is invested by the Joint Stock Company of the Trade Union of the Industrial and Commercial Bank - a member of Phu My Hung Group; Located on an area of ​​nearly 198 hectares, in the communes of Ngu Thai, Song Lieu and Xuan Lam ward, Thuan Thanh town; Total investment of more than 27,145 billion VND; Estimated population size of 28,000 people. The urban area is planned as an ecological project, the construction area accounts for more than 30%, the rest is used for green park landscape, multi-storey parking lot and essential public service works such as: Health,education , sports, culture ..., ensuring the best living conditions for people in need. Currently, the project has basically completed site clearance; Completion of main items reached about 91%. The project is divided into 4 investment phases, implemented from 2024 to 2036.

In addition to the "All-in-one" multi-functional mixed-use service clusters, Hong Hac City is planned to include 3 low-rise housing subdivisions with the symbols F, G, H, respectively named Hong Phat subdivision (area F), Hong Thinh (area G), and Hong Phuc (area H). Aiming for a civilized urban area, constantly developing, increasing the value of prosperity and happiness for residents. In particular, Hong Phat subdivision will be focused on development first, expected to be completed by the end of 2027. The launching event of Hong Hac City is the opening activity for Phu My Hung's business plan in Bac Ninh in particular and the Northern market in general. It is expected that after the launching ceremony, the first sales announcement of Hong Hac City will be held in June with products in zone F1-1 of Hong Phat subdivision.
