According to the hypothetical situation, at 8:30 a.m. a fire broke out at factory A of Hoa Thanh Textile Company Ltd. The local fire fighting force discovered the fire and raised the alarm, and deployed initial fire fighting activities. However, fire fighting equipment and personal protective equipment were limited, and toxic smoke and gas covered the entire warehouse area, so the local fire fighting force could not get close to the fire to deploy fire fighting, leading to the fire continuing to develop rapidly.

Faced with the complicated situation of the fire, the local fire prevention and fighting force could not extinguish it themselves so they called the Fire Police and Rescue Force, Tay Ninh Provincial Police for support in fighting the fire.

Upon receiving the fire alarm, the forces and vehicles of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Hoa Thanh - Chau Thanh area under the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Tay Ninh Provincial Police quickly arrived at the scene, coordinated with local forces to deploy fire fighting activities.

The cause of the fire was an electrical system failure (short circuit, sparks occurred at the electrical dashboard and then spread to the surrounding area). The main flammable materials were fabric materials, sewing accessories and electrical equipment. The area of the fire was about ^84.78m2 .
