On the afternoon of January 22, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a regular meeting in January to evaluate the results of work in December 2024; and to give opinions on key tasks in the coming time. Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, chaired the meeting.
In December 2024, The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council closely followed the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation to develop and promulgate the 2025 Work Program; proactively assigned and coordinated the activities of the Provincial People's Council committees according to the general direction, achieving efficiency in all aspects of work.
Typically, seriously directing the implementation of the Central and provincial directives on the work of welcoming the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025 to ensure joy, health, prosperity, happiness, safety and savings; reviewing, urging and regularly grasping the implementation of the Provincial People's Council resolutions, recommendations after supervision and survey to promptly propose amendments, supplements and replacements in accordance with the practical situation; strengthening the review and urging of the settlement of voters' recommendations, complaints and denunciations of citizens; regularly coordinating with the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, the Party building committees of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and relevant agencies in performing their tasks.
Concluding the meeting, Comrade Trinh Thi Minh Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, requested the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Council committees to closely follow the new directions of the Central Government to proactively coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee to advise on relevant contents to organize the thematic session of the Provincial People's Council in February 2025; urgently complete and promulgate the working regulations of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council; urgently complete the report on reviewing and evaluating the results of organizing the implementation of effective resolutions of the Provincial People's Council; effectively implement the resolution of the Central Inspection Committee 's recommendations; proactively review slow-progress and ineffective investment projects; the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council proactively arranges the organization and apparatus within the Office of the Provincial People's Council; focuses on controlling the remaining state budget estimates...
