In a solemn atmosphere, delegates observed a minute of silence to express their respect and gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh ; to remember and pay tribute to the heroic martyrs who fell for the cause of national liberation and noble international duty.
Speaking in gratitude to the heroic martyrs, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Giang Province, Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Youth Union Phan Duy Bang affirmed: “With their youthful strength and kindness, An Giang youth have participated in building, caring for, and beautifying memorials and martyr cemeteries. In particular, they regularly visit, care for, and support Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, donate houses of gratitude..., to demonstrate the nation's morality of remembering the source of water when drinking water”.

Each candle lit, each warm incense stick symbolizes the deep gratitude of the young generation for the great contributions of their fathers.
More than 9,000 candles lit up Doc Ba Dac Martyrs Cemetery, symbolizing the spirit of continuing the tradition of the An Giang youth, and motivating the youth to continue contributing to building an increasingly prosperous and beautiful homeland.
