Standing Committee of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee visited and congratulated People's Teachers and Meritorious Teachers on Vietnamese Teachers' Day

On the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025), in the past few days, comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee visited, presented flowers, gifts, and congratulated retired People's Teachers and Meritorious Teachers in the province.

Accordingly, comrade Ho Thanh Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee and comrades To Viet Thu, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Bac Lieu Ward Party Committee; Tran Huu Phuoc, Standing Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs visited and congratulated Dr., Meritorious Teacher Tran Van Chieu, former Principal of Bac Lieu University; visited and congratulated Meritorious Teacher Nguyen Sau, former Principal of Gia Rai High School.

Here, comrade Ho Thanh Thuy, Deputy Secretary of Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, spoke, expressing his respect for the contributions of Meritorious Teachers who have made worthy contributions to the education and training career of the province over the past decades.

On the same afternoon, comrade Pham Van Thieu, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ca Mau province, together with representatives of the Department of Education and Training and the Department of Home Affairs visited and congratulated Meritorious Teacher Trinh Van Truong (retired in Bac Lieu ward).

Here, comrade Pham Van Thieu and members of the working delegation kindly visited and wished good health to Meritorious Teacher Trinh Van Truong and his family.

He affirmed that the provincial leaders always care about, respect and remember the great contributions of generations of teachers to the education cause; thereby making an important contribution to the socio-economic development of the province over the past many years.

Meritorious Teacher Trinh Van Truong, 65 years old, was a northern cadre assigned to Ca Mau in 1982 and retired in 2020.

With over 40 years of experience in the profession, he has been the Principal of secondary schools in the old Bac Lieu city for 11 years. In all difficult and arduous circumstances, Meritorious Teacher Trinh Van Truong always maintains the pure moral example of a teacher, with dedication and high responsibility for the profession.

Previously, also in Ca Mau, Comrade Nguyen Ho Hai, Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, and leaders of several departments and branches in the province visited, presented flowers and congratulated People's Teacher, Dr. Thai Van Long, former Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau province.

Upon arrival, the Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee expressed his appreciation for the contributions of People's Teacher, Dr. Thai Van Long to the education cause of the province. He stated that during his work, Teacher Thai Van Long had left many important marks, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning, innovating management work, and contributing to building a strong and increasingly developing team of local teachers.

Also on this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province and leaders of a number of departments and branches in the province organized delegations to visit and present gifts to Meritorious Teachers; visit, present gifts, and congratulate Vietnamese Teachers' Day to universities, colleges, and schools in the province, demonstrating the precious tradition of "respecting teachers and remembering the source of water" of our nation...
