The inspection results show that in the first 6 months of 2025, Brigade 147 has comprehensively and focused on key aspects of military training and combat readiness, and achieved many outstanding results. The unit successfully completed training and combat readiness tasks; successfully organized Party Congresses at all levels and the Brigade Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Political and ideological education work has been innovated in both content and form, with many creative models such as the program "Meeting on the first day of enlistment", 28 Zalo groups "Accompanying soldiers".

The system of documents of the Party and the Central Military Commission is tight, unified, sufficient in quantity, and of good quality; the records are kept regularly and in accordance with regulations. The staff is well-organized and strictly managed; the work of mass mobilization and policies for the military rear is effectively implemented. In particular, the Brigade is one of the units that effectively implements digital transformation in the activities of the Party and the Central Military Commission, with 100% of non-confidential documents digitally signed and processed in the digital environment.

Besides the outstanding results, the Inspection Team also pointed out some limitations that need to be overcome, such as updating new knowledge in political teaching that is not close to reality, and some Party cells concretizing documents from higher levels are not suitable.

Speaking at the conclusion of the inspection, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh acknowledged and highly appreciated the leadership and direction of the Service Command, the Command of Region 1 and the thoughtful and comprehensive preparation work of Brigade 147. The Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics affirmed: In the first 6 months of 2025, the unit has thoroughly grasped the leadership and direction of superiors, closely followed the practical situation, comprehensively and focusedly deployed all aspects of work and achieved many practical results.

Specifically: Firstly, the Brigade has effectively organized combat readiness training and mobility missions, including field training, training of new soldiers and forces participating in the parade to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Second, political, ideological and traditionaleducation work was carried out synchronously and effectively, contributing to building a strong political stance for cadres and soldiers, especially new soldiers; the unit had no serious incidents, successfully organizing the Brigade Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

Third, although the stationed area was the center of storm No. 3 (typhoon Yagi) in 2024 and suffered heavy damage, Brigade 147 proactively overcame the consequences and actively helped local people stabilize their lives after the natural disaster.

On behalf of the inspection team, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh praised the achievements of Brigade 147 in the first 6 months of the year. However, the Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics also pointed out a number of shortcomings and limitations that had been identified by the Brigade and the inspection team, and requested that they be thoroughly overcome in the coming time.

Forecasting that the world, regional and domestic situation will continue to have many complicated developments, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh requested Brigade 147 to continue to closely follow the direction of the Service, and perform well the military and defense tasks in the last 6 months of 2025. In particular, focusing on key groups of tasks, including: Reviewing and completing all identified tasks; supplementing, perfecting and organizing training to master the combat readiness plan; improving the quality of political education and ideological management, especially for new soldiers; effectively organizing activities to celebrate major holidays; enhancing the quality of organizing party congresses at all levels; promoting internal inspection and supervision; strictly implementing regulations on personnel work and policies, ensuring security and military secrets; doing a good job of mass mobilization; building a strong mass organization, promoting the role of youth union members; improving the quality and effectiveness of CTĐ and CTCT activities in tasks.
