During the term, the Corporation has constructed 728 works and projects; in which it participated in the construction of 5 national key works and 1 key work of Hai Phong city with the greatest value ever. Thanks to that, the material and spiritual life of cadres, employees and workers has been increasingly improved, the average income of the following year is higher than the previous year.

Organize production and business in accordance with the law, ensure safety; continue to expand the market; maintain the brand of Corporation 319. Pay attention to fields and industries that promote the strengths of the Army. Focus on building a politically strong Corporation, building a comprehensively strong agency and unit that is "exemplary and typical"; officers and soldiers of the Corporation have steadfast and firm political will, high determination, ready to receive and complete well all assigned tasks.
