Concluding the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet requested: To implement the arrangement of local military organizations, agencies and units need to focus, be responsible, and implement strict procedures, from developing plans, projects, and expected personnel, reporting to superiors for appraisal, to organizing implementation according to their authority. Note that when selecting personnel and cadres, it is necessary to closely follow the instructions and regulations of superiors, ensuring objectivity; selecting, arranging, transferring, and appointing the right people for the right jobs. Focus on ensuring good policies and regimes for subjects according to regulations. The competent agencies will receive the opinions of the delegates; continue to research, advise, and propose solutions and measures to remove difficulties and obstacles in implementing the arrangement of local military organizations.
