- On the afternoon of October 15, at the Provincial Party Committee headquarters, the working delegation of the Vietnam National Energy Industry Group led by Mr. Tran Quang Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, and the working delegation of Xuan Truong Construction Enterprise, Ninh Binh province led by Mr. Nguyen Van Truong, Director of the Enterprise, visited, encouraged and presented gifts and funds to support the people of Lang Son province to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 11.

Attending the reception were comrades: Doan Thu Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Duong Xuan Huyen, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Hoang Tung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; and leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches.

In the program, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also briefed the delegations on the damage caused by storm No. 11 in the province and the local disaster recovery work. Accordingly, this work has been and is being deployed by Lang Son province with a spirit of urgency and determination. At the same time, in recent days, many agencies, units, organizations and individuals across the country have taken practical actions towards Lang Son, joining hands to support people in storm and flood areas, thereby contributing to helping people in the area overcome difficulties to gradually stabilize their lives after the natural disaster.

The working delegation of the Vietnam National Energy Industry Group symbolically handed over a number of student notebooks for the Provincial Police to deliver to schools affected by storms and floods in the area.

Speaking at the program, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam National Energy and Industry Group and the leader of Xuan Truong Construction Enterprise sent condolences and sympathies to the people of all ethnic groups, especially the people in areas severely damaged by storms and floods in Lang Son province; and at the same time provided funding to help people overcome difficulties to stabilize their lives and develop the economy .

Specifically, the Vietnam National Energy and Industry Group donated 3 billion VND; Xuan Truong Construction Enterprise donated 1 billion VND to support the province in overcoming the consequences caused by storm No. 11. In addition, the Vietnam National Energy and Industry Group also donated 150 million VND worth of notebooks for the Provincial Police to deliver to schools affected by storms and floods in the area.

The working delegation of Xuan Truong Construction Enterprise presented a plaque of financial support to support people in Lang Son province to overcome the consequences of natural disasters.

Speaking at the reception program, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee sincerely thanked the Vietnam National Energy Industry Group and Xuan Truong Construction Enterprise for supporting the province with resources to overcome the damage caused by natural disasters as well as the attention, support and companionship of the group and enterprise with the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Lang Son province in performing the socio-economic development tasks in the past time. He wished the group and enterprise to continue to develop strongly and continue to accompany and support Lang Son province in performing the socio-economic development tasks in the coming time.
