Answer: Article 35 of Joint Resolution No. 72/2025/NQLT/UBTVQH15-CP-DCTUBTWMTQVN details the organization of voter meetings between National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels, stipulating: Based on actual conditions, the National Assembly Delegation, the People's Council Delegation Groups at provincial and district levels, and the Standing Committees of the People's Councils at commune levels may organize online voter meetings, direct voter meetings combined with online meetings. The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the level organizing voter meetings shall coordinate with the Standing Committees of the People's Councils, People's Committees at the same level and relevant agencies and organizations to notify voters of the content, time, and form of meetings; online access points, and direct contact points where meetings take place; and at the same time, propagate and mobilize voters to attend meetings of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies.
