(Dan Tri) - The delegate pointed out that many individuals and small businesses are still confused about electronic invoices and questioned the Minister of Finance about solutions. The Minister said that no one has been fined yet, and only those who intentionally violate the law are punished.

According to the program, on June 19, the question-and-answer session of the 9th session of the National Assembly will take place, focusing on the financial sector with the answer of Minister of Finance Nguyen Van Thang.

Minister Nguyen Van Thang will clarify groups of issues related to financial solutions to serve socio -economic development, ensure growth targets and promote new growth drivers.

He will also answer questions about improving the operational efficiency of state-owned enterprises; supporting the development of the private economy to become the main driving force of the economy; attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) and policies for developing industrial parks and economic zones.

The Minister will also answer questions about mechanisms and policies to promote and attract investment and develop industrial parks and economic zones.

According to the regulations, each delegate has no more than one minute to ask a question, and the respondent has a maximum of 3 minutes for each question. Delegates have the right to debate, and each debate time is no more than 2 minutes.

During the group discussion session last month, National Assembly delegates contributed many ideas to remove bottlenecks, promote socio-economic development, and aim for the set double-digit growth target.

Regarding economic growth and macroeconomic indicators, many opinions assess that Vietnam's macroeconomics is stable and solid, with outstanding GDP growth.

However, Vietnam's economy still faces many difficulties and challenges from both outside and inside, requiring more drastic and fundamental solutions.

Some delegates commented that the complicated geopolitical and financial situation and trade wars will negatively affect Vietnam's exports and economic growth.

Delegates suggested that regarding fiscal policy, it is necessary to be strict, prioritize capital for development investment and practice thrift, combat waste; tighten financial discipline but at the same time create conditions for effective use of public assets and public land; prioritize the quick handling of unfinished projects, reduce waste of public and private assets...
