According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, flood levels on the Kon, Ba, and Krong Ana rivers are rising; the Cai Nha Trang River (Khanh Hoa) is fluctuating at a high level; the Bo and Huong Rivers (Hue City) are fluctuating; and other rivers from Da Nang City to Dak Lak are falling.
At 1:00 a.m. on November 19, the water levels on the rivers were as follows: Huong River at Kim Long station was 1.59m, 0.41m below alarm level 2; Bo River at Phu Oc station was 2.87m, 0.13m below alarm level 2; Vu Gia River at Ai Nghia station was 7.87m, 0.13m below alarm level 2; Thu Bon River at Cau Lau station was 3.57m, 0.43m below alarm level 3; Tra Khuc River at Tra Khuc station was 4.24m, 0.76m below alarm level 2; Kon River at Thach Hoa station was 7.49m, 0.49m above alarm level 2; Dak Bla River at Kon Tum station was 518.60m, 0.6m above alarm level 1; Ba River at Cung Son station is 35.21m, above BĐ3 0.71m, at Phu Lam station 3.12m, above BĐ2 0.42m; On Cai Nha Trang River (Khanh Hoa) at Dong Trang station is 11.09m, above BĐ3 0.09m; Krong Ana River at Giang Son station is 421.85m, below BĐ2 0.15m; Srepok River at Ban Don station is 172.34m, below BĐ2 0.66m.

It is forecasted that in the next 12 hours, flood on Kon River will continue to rise and be below level 3; flood on Ba River will continue to rise and be above level 3; flood on Thu Bon River will continue to fall and be above level 2. In the next 12-24 hours, flood on Kon River and Ba River will gradually fall and be above level 2 to 3; flood on Thu Bon River will continue to fall and be below level 2.
Warning: In the next 24 hours, flood on Krong Ana River will continue to rise and be above level 2; flood on Huong River, Bo River, Vu Gia River, Srepok River and other rivers from Da Nang to Khanh Hoa will continue to fluctuate at level 1-2, some rivers above level 3.
Warning, widespread flooding is occurring in provinces/cities from Hue city to Khanh Hoa. High risk of flash floods on rivers and streams and landslides on slopes in provinces/cities from Hue city to Khanh Hoa. Flooding on rivers in the Central region is likely to last for many days.
