At the conference summarizing nearly 5 years of implementing Program 06-CTr/TU, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong assessed that Program 06-CTr/TU for the 2021-2025 period was implemented in the context of the whole country preventing and fighting the Covid-19 pandemic, but Hanoi still implemented it effectively, achieving the set targets and objectives.

Regarding Hanoi's cultural achievements in the past term, Associate Professor Dr. Bui Hoai Son, full-time member of the National Assembly 's Committee on Culture and Society, affirmed that Program 06-CTr/TU has brought about clear innovation in the development of culture and people in the capital. Recently, the Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment and localities have actively promoted the conversion of vegetable and fruit production methods according to VietGAP processes.

To date, Hanoi has maintained and developed 1,300 hectares of VietGAP-standard crops (including vegetables, fruit trees, and tea). The application of VietGAP, HACCP, and other standards helps improve product transparency, creating conditions for Hanoi's agricultural products to participate in the global supply chain.
