Pepper prices today, March 30, 2025, in major growing areas such as Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Gia Lai, Binh Phuoc and Ba Ria - Vung Tau remain stable, unchanged from yesterday. Prices range from 159,000 to 160,000 VND/kg, averaging around 159,400 VND/kg. This is the highest price in many years, even though it is in the middle of the harvest season. However, farmers are in no hurry to sell because they want to wait for prices to increase further, possibly to 165,000 - 170,000 VND/kg in April. Meanwhile, export companies are rushing to buy pepper to deliver to Europe and the US, forcing them to pay high prices to have enough goods.

News, forecast pepper price tomorrow March 28, 2025 may stagnate or increase slightly
Pepper prices on March 31, 2025 are expected to stagnate or even increase slightly in some places. Experts say that pepper prices tomorrow will remain high, around 159,000 - 160,000 VND/kg, thanks to positive signals from the domestic and international markets. In particular, in Dak Nong and Dak Lak, where farmers do not have much pepper left, prices may increase by 500 - 1,000 VND/kg if export companies step up purchases for orders in early April. However, in the long term, pepper prices on March 31, 2025 and thereafter will depend on how farmers sell, along with the ability of businesses to turn around capital, which is being affected by bank interest rates and transportation costs.
