The crystallization of nearly 80 years of journalism and dedication to the Party's ideological and theoretical work, the book "Quintessence of the Vietnamese Revolution" is nearly 800 pages thick, including 112 typical articles by journalist Ha Dang - former member of the Party Central Committee, former Head of the Central Ideology and Culture Committee (now the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee), former Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, former Editor-in-Chief of Communist Magazine.
The book is a collection of political articles, reports, essays, and comments by journalist Ha Dang, reflecting many major topics of the country through three parts: Part I focuses on political articles on the Party and State's guidelines and policies; Part II is a unique portrait of President Ho Chi Minh and revolutionary leaders through the perspective of those who fought side by side with them during many historical moments; Part III reflects achievements in implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and at the same time reflects thoughts on journalism, the role and mission of revolutionary journalism.
