By 2024, the company did not continue to execute the signed contract to appropriate property; sold some plots of land that customers had purchased to others even though these plots of land were still under legal transactions; advertised land for sale that had received money from previous buyers... The households said that the above actions of Song Da Nha Trang Joint Stock Company had signs of crime and requested the Investigation Police Department of the Provincial Police to verify and clarify according to the provisions of law.
