The contest is chaired by the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library, in coordination with relevant agencies and units.
This is an activity to widely propagate to cadres, party members and people to deeply understand the purpose, meaning and importance of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the 14th National Party Congress and the major viewpoints, policies and orientations stated in the Congress documents; create unity in ideology, awareness and action within the Party, consensus in society to successfully organize the Party Congresses at all levels, the 14th National Party Congress, determined to quickly bring the Congress Resolution into life.
Thereby affirming the Party's leadership role, consolidating and fostering the people's trust in the Party and the revolutionary cause initiated and led by the Party; encouraging and motivating the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army to seize opportunities, strive to overcome difficulties and challenges, accelerate, break through, promote patriotic emulation movements, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term and the Resolution of the 13th National Congress, making achievements to welcome the 14th National Party Congress and major national holidays in 2025, bringing the country into a new era, the era of the Vietnamese people's rise.
At the same time, it reflects the atmosphere of solidarity and democracy in the Congress; the unity within the Party, the consensus of society; the sentiments of all classes of people in the country, the Vietnamese community abroad, the interest of parties, countries and international organizations in the Communist Party of Vietnam, the 14th National Congress of the Party, especially the wishes of party members and the masses for the Party and the 14th National Congress of the Party; the spirit of excitement and trust in the congresses of party committees at all levels and the 14th National Congress of the Party among cadres, party members and the people; the interest and support of international friends for the event of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Vietnam's policies and decisions in the new period.
Through the contest, the Organizing Committee will select works of artistic value and good quality to serve the propaganda work of Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party nationwide; Organize large-scale propaganda painting exhibitions and publish propaganda documents to send to the grassroots to serve propaganda work.
The contest is open to professional and non-professional artists, Vietnamese citizens and Vietnamese people residing abroad. The deadline for receiving entries is July 2025; the closing and awarding ceremony is expected to take place in November 2025 with the following prize structure: 01 first prize; 02 second prizes; 03 third prizes; 10 consolation prizes and 01 movement prize for units that mobilize many authors and many high-quality works to participate in the contest./.
