Project Working Group 06 provinces: Meeting to evaluate the progress of implementing electronic health books and issuing criminal records on the VNeID application

During the week, departments, branches and localities have proactively and drastically implemented, coordinated with the police force to promote propaganda work, guided people to register and activate level 2 electronic identification accounts; guided people to integrate health insurance, social insurance on VNeID, use electronic health books, issue temporary residence cards and integrate other types of documents on the VNeID application. As of December 24, the Department of Justice has received 389/857 applications for temporary residence cards on VNeID, of which 342 have been issued, 48 are being processed, and there are no overdue applications. The rate of temporary residence cards issued on the VNeID application during the week reached 61.98%. Regarding the implementation of electronic health books, the whole province has completed the activation of level 2 temporary residence accounts, reaching 406,852/382,171 accounts, reaching a rate of 106.46%. Of which, the total number of health insurance cards and electronic health records integrated into mobile phone accounts is 347,873 accounts, reaching 96.68%. During the week, there were 7,539/26,297 medical examinations and treatments using health insurance for people over 14 years old through electronic health records on VNeID, reaching 28.7%, an increase of 4.6% compared to the previous week. In general, the work of medical examination and treatment using electronic health records on VNeID during the week has changed, however, the achievement rate is still low, in which Phan Rang - Thap Cham City and Ninh Phuoc District have not completed the target of integrating health insurance cards and electronic health records on VNeID.

Based on the meeting results, the Provincial Police proposed to reduce the target of integrating health insurance cards and electronic health insurance books for Phan Rang - Thap Cham City and Ninh Phuoc District. It is recommended that departments, branches, sectors and localities continue to focus all resources on effectively implementing the tasks of Project 06. In particular, urgently review and evaluate the tasks of 2024 to focus on directing the implementation to complete 100% of the targets and tasks of Project 06 in 2024.
