The seminar included many experts with specialized fields in training in the Industry and Trade sector.

Over the past years, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has identified human resource training as one of the key tasks, directly linked to the long-term development capacity of the Industry and Trade sector. Recognizing this key role, the Ministry has directed its affiliated educational institutions to implement many synchronous solutions, from participating in the development and giving comments to perfecting mechanisms and policies, to promulgating and applying training regulations and standards appropriate to practice.

The Ministry also focuses on strengthening quality control, promoting the application of new technologies and digital transformation in school administration, professional activities, as well as teaching and learning methods.

Thanks to those orientations and solutions, the training work of the Industry and Trade schools in the period of 2021 - 2025 has recorded many positive changes. Schools have gradually improved the quality of training programs, strengthened teaching capacity and updated new technologies, thereby providing high-quality human resources for industries, energy, trade, etc.

The force of graduates from the school system of the industry has been contributing directly to the enterprises under the Ministry as well as the national labor market, effectively supporting production and economic development.

However, the new development context also poses new requirements. The process of digital transformation, automation, the emergence of new generation technologies in industry - energy, and the rapid change of the labor market are making human resource needs more diverse and complex. This requires training institutions to continue to innovate comprehensively, flexibly and adaptably; from programs, training methods to models of connection between schools, businesses and management agencies.

At the seminar, the guests focused on discussing three main topics including the leadership and direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in training activities in the past time; outstanding results of the Industry and Trade school sector in the period 2021 - 2025; and identifying difficulties, bottlenecks as well as proposing solutions to improve training quality in the coming period.

In addition, experts also share information and experience about potential careers in the future, helping students and parents have more basis to choose the right major according to development trends.

The Industry and Trade sector is proactively innovating human resource training to ensure it meets new development requirements, contributing to creating an important foundation for the sustainable development of the sector and the economy.
