Panoramic view of the road connecting National Highway 1 to Cam Lam Expressway

The route connecting Cam Lam - Vinh Hao Expressway to National Highway 1 through Ninh Thuan is accelerating asphalt pavement construction, to be completed and put into operation by the end of April 2025.

The Cam Lam - Vinh Hao Expressway connecting project with National Highway 1 is 10.14km long. The total investment is over 651 billion VND. The starting point is at the intersection of the North - South Expressway with Provincial Road 709, Nhi Ha Commune (Thuan Nam). The end point is at Km 10+138, the intersection with National Highway 1, Phuoc Minh Commune (Thuan Nam). The completed roadbed cross-section is 34m wide, the road surface includes 6 lanes, 21m wide.

According to the plan, the project will be inaugurated at the end of April 2024. However, the construction process encountered difficulties due to lack of materials and capital, so the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee extended the construction time to April 2025.
