At the aforementioned locations, there are signs prohibiting stopping and parking, but drivers still deliberately violate the rules, especially after 10 PM every day. At the An Dan toll station (Tuy An Bac commune), in the early mornings and late evenings, many vehicles stop and park in two rows, encroaching on both the lanes for bicycles and the mixed-use lanes for cars, posing a potential risk of traffic accidents.

According to the Deo Ca Tunnel Management and Operation Enterprise, the unit regularly assigns staff to patrol and inspect the tunnel, informing drivers about illegal parking. Many drivers moved their vehicles after being reminded, but some showed a defiant and challenging attitude.
The project management unit has sent a document to the authorities requesting increased inspections and handling of violations in order to restore order and safety on the roads.
