The People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot ward will hold a dialogue with the people in 2025.

Attending the conference were members of the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward, along with more than 150 officials and residents in the area.

At the conference, representatives from the Ward People's Committee reported on the socio -economic development results for the first 11 months of 2025. Accordingly, the economic, trade, and service sectors continued to develop in a modern direction; the ward currently has 4,592 individual business households and 533 operating enterprises, with total revenue estimated at over 1,000 billion VND. Budget revenue as of November 27th reached over 119 billion VND, equivalent to 95% of the plan.

Urban planning and management have been strengthened. In 11 months, the ward inspected 130 cases, detecting 85 violations related to construction, land, and the environment; and issued violation notices to 36 cases with fines totaling over 322 million VND. The socio-cultural sector continues to receive attention, with the ward fully implementing policies and regulations for war veterans and other eligible individuals.

Many delegates attending the meeting highly appreciated the achievements of the ward after the reorganization of the two-tiered local government. They also raised and proposed solutions to many pressing issues related to infrastructure, urban order, and people's lives, such as: many trees not being trimmed, obstructing visibility at traffic light intersections; the deteriorating condition of Nguyen Lam road; the prolonged construction of the Tran Phu road extension project affecting traffic; traffic congestion during peak hours in the Thang Long road area; repairs to deteriorated roads and the installation of security surveillance cameras…

After listening to the opinions, the Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the ward, Nguyen Ngoc Lan, directly explained each issue within his authority and instructed the relevant departments to promptly handle and resolve them completely. For requests beyond his authority, the ward will compile them and report to the People's Committee of the city and province for consideration according to regulations.

The 2025 dialogue conference demonstrates the open-minded spirit of the Buon Ma Thuot ward government in listening to and accompanying the people; thereby strengthening the bond between the Party committee, the government, and the people, creating consensus and determination to build Buon Ma Thuot ward into an increasingly prosperous, civilized, and distinctive place.
